In the beautiful showdown, ESAN Dean’s Cup witnessed Art & Social Science Education (ASE) and Kinesiology Health Education (KHR) secure their spots in the much-anticipated finals.
The semi-finals, held at Training Pitch 1 of Obafemi Awolowo University, drew a large crowd of students and supporters eager to witness the thrilling matches. The first semi-final clash featured ASE (Art and Social Science Education) and STE (Science and Technology Education). The game ended 1 -1 as Prince scored for ASE and also ASE team did an owned goal. In the penalty shootout ASE overpowering STE with a 5 – 4 victory.
In the second semi-final, KHR (Kinesiology Health Education) faced off against EFC (Educational Foundation and Counselling). The match was fiercely contested, with both teams delivering impressive performances. However, KHR emerged victorious 3 – 0, as Awofera, Tobi, and Samuel were the goal scorers, and the win secured their place in the finals.
