The Division of Student Union affairs has announced the deadline for registration and Clearance of all allocated bed spaces at Halls of Residence on the 2nd of December.
In the release sent out by the Division of Student Union Affairs stated some necessary steps to be taken by students allocated bed spaces in the different halls of residence.
According to the release, the deadline for registration/clearance of allocated bed spaces at Halls of Residence is Friday 13th December.
In order to avoid forfeiture of allocated bed spaces, the following are to be done by students on or before the deadline.
Firstly, all students allocated bed spaces are expected to complete their registration with the Hall Warden/Supervisor at their various halls of residence on or bfore the deadline. This is to ensure that all students have taken possession of their bed spaces.
In addition, Failure to complete registrations with the Hall Warden/Supervision at their various hall of residences will lead to a penalty of revocation and allocation of bed spaces to other students in need of it.
Furthermore, all students with allocated bed space should seek clarification with their Hall Warden/Supervisor if they are not sure of the completeness of their clearance/registration at the level of the Hall.
To avoid being penalised, all students with allocated hostels should complete thei registration at their various halls of residence on and before the deadline.
