Nigerian housewife and mother, Deborah Olaki, popularly known as Mummy Zee, who became known overnight due to her unwavering sacrifices for her family.
It all started on December 29, 2023, after she shared a picture of a small fridge on her X handle. She also disclosed that she wakes up at 4:30 a.m. every day to prepare her husband’s lunch. The tweet stirred both admiration and criticism.
However, as fate would have it, helpers from different angles sent her lots of gifts, including money, iPhone, smart TV and also, tangible involvement of companies like Nigerian National Petroleum Company, National Information Technology Development Agency, among others. Her X followers also increased massively and finally got the life she desired.
In a recent development, ex-BBN star Tacha condemned Mummy Zee for begging for funds on X. The argument began when one of Mummy Zee’s fans informed her about Tacha insulting her on a show. In response to Tacha, Mummy Zee posted, “Person who doesn’ get sense” on her X handle.
Tacha, who had earlier insulted Mummy Zee for waking up to prepare lunch for her husband, came across the post, and in fury, she said, “Take a look at this homeless piece of shit with zero self esteem. Zomb!e that has zero ability to think for herself at her big age.”
Furthermore, Tacha didn’t stop her insults. She proceeded to drag Mummy Zee’s young daughter and husband into the matter. “Really hope you use all that community funds you hit from begging to actually send your daughter to a good school. That way, she does not turn out this stupid, hating on fellow women because it is popular to do so or walking up at 4am to cook rubbish for a long-throat hungry looking man. See it will never be my fault y’all don’t understand ”context” and to even think I was praising this fuul on an episode of the big Friday show is just funny.”
Rather than trade words with her, Mummy Zee kept quiet while her fans fought her battle. @abazwhyllzz replied to Tacha with “community funds? No be you be this?” and added a screenshot of Tacha soliciting for funds.

In a twinkle of an eye, Tacha was dragged on the streets of X by Mummy Zee’s fans worldwide, who felt Tacha had overstepped her boundaries. While some blamed Mummy Zee for insulting Tacha, others blamed Tacha for making fun of Mummy Zee for always waking up early in the morning to prepare her husband’s meal.
