International music executive, Jada Pollock has revealed that she finds it degrading to address her as a baby Mama to Wizkid, a popular Nigerian singer instead of by her professional status.
The 38 year old American-born music executive became popular in Nigeria after she had a child, Zion, with Wizkid in 2017. Zion is Wizkid’s third child which automatically earns his mother the name ‘Wizkid’s third baby Mama’.
Jada Pollock was managing Chris Brown, American Superstar and they were on tour at the time she met Wizkid. They had a tour of Africa and Lagos happened to be one of the places they visited. Wizkid came out to perform on Chris Brown’s show and that was how they met.
Pollock is an entertainment veteran also known as Jada styles. She is the head of consulting at the business firm. She is responsible for the branding of many affluent and prominent footballers for the U.K. She doubles as Wizkid’s manager alongside his main manager, Sunday Are.
She wrote on her twitter page that she thinks it is degrading and discriminating when she is referred to as Wizkid’s third Baby Mama before addressing her professionally by her name and that the credit of her journey or experienced is so underrated.
“The sad thing is, it is our own blogs that don’t heighten and uplift each other. It’s sad as we should all be a driving force to platform and push Africa and it’s movement to the world in it’s strongesr form; Not the ones to tear down our own. Rolling Stones and Billboard to name a few would be the ones to professionally title, uplift and elevate,” She tweeted.
When asked if she loved Wizkid, she replied that she loved him with all her heart and that she wanted a big Family with him.
